Classification Checklist
All requests for commercial classification must be accompanied by the following:
| 1. | Application/Order Form
You must correctly complete the Application/Order Form, authorise (sign) and provide payment details.

| 2. | A copy of the full Audio/Visual Script/Storyboard
Your Application/Order Form must be accompanied by a full audio/visual script or storyboard which must include detail of all graphics, disclaimers, lyrics, dialogue from movie trailers etc. The audio/visual must accurately reflect the final TVC/infomercial.

| 3. | Substantiation
Written documentation may need to be provided to substantiate any claims. Some product categories such as therapeutic goods, alcohol and motor vehicles require additional documentation.

| 4. | Final Commercial
A copy of your final commercial including ID board on VHS; or by electronic delivery via Adstream, Dubsat or DVD-CAD/Rastis.

Important! Processing of your application will ONLY commence once we have received ALL elements.
! Please ensure all information is accurate (eg the key number on your application/order form matches the ID board on your material).
! Failure to supply all completed forms and correct material will result in a delay in processing your request.
Please allow at least two (2) days prior to despatch for processing of TVCs and 28 days for infomercials.
